How to Apply:  

 

1. Candidates shall fill online form available on: www.ulm.edu.pk and print it in hard copy. 2. The online printed form (completes in all respect) along with attested copies of educational testimonials, certificate of any distinction, etc., relevant experience certificates (from Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous bodies), copy of CNIC, two recent passport size color photographs, certificate of any distinction, etc. and original Demand Draft or bank receipt; must reach to the Registrar Office, the University of Lakki Marwat on or before August 31, 2022 (Wednesday). 3. In order to avoid any frustration, the candidates are required to study the eligibility criteria of the post applied and the terms and conditions of the advertisement before applying for the post that they are fulfilling the required qualifications & other related eligibility criteria. 4. Less than 3.0/4.0 CGPA will be considered as the second division. Moreover, less than 2.0/4.0 CGPA will be considered as the third division. 5. The candidates having Foreign Degree/Certificate will provide Equivalency Certificate from Higher Education Commission, Islamabad along with the application. If not provided at the time of submission of the application on the due date, the application will not be considered for further processing. 6. Applicant must provide the research papers (copies of the first page having Abstract and Journal’s name. 7. The candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Institutions shall provide NOC. 8. The claim of experience must be supported by experience certificates, appointment letters, and pay slips issued by the authorized officer duly attested by a gazetted officer. 9. Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for a demonstration/interview. 10. No TA/DA will be allowed. 11. University not be held responsible for none or late receipt of Call Letters for tests/Interviews. 12. Candidate applying for more than one post needs to submit a separate application form, documents, and application processing fee for each post. 13. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained. 14. Any evaluation shall be based on the information written in the application form supported by documented proof (attached with application form) till the last date of advertisement. The supporting documents related to educational/professional qualification and experience etc. submitted/issued after the last date of advertisement or during an interview shall not be entertained/ considered. 15. Candidates are required to make correct and only relevant entries (qualification and experience) on the basis of their own claim/ behalf. Irrelevant and wrong entries in the application can make the candidate not eligible for the post he/she applied for. 16. University will update the status only on the university’s website www.ulm.edu.pk. A list of eligibility/ineligibility will be uploaded to University’s website. 17. University will not be held responsible for any or late delivery of Call Letters regarding ineligibility, demonstration, or interview.Candidates is advised to visit the university’s official website regularly. 18. Legal action will be taken if any of the submitted documents are found fake/tempered. 19. Candidates must calculate their marks, Not CGPA in the respective column of the application form. In case of a transcript wherein marks are not mentioned, the Candidate has to provide a mark equivalency certificate issued by the concerned issuing authority. 20. Age will be reckoned as on the closing date of advertisement and age limit for Assistant Professor will be 45 years and for Lecturers 40 years. 21.
